WE BRING THE CIRCULAR ECONOMY TO SCHOOLS, THE FUTURE IS A MATTER OF EDUCATION.
THIS IS WHY WE LAUNCHED E-SPACE

Every action is an example, and every example is an education.
We need positive examples to create a better future, because the future is a matter of education.

Lucart, with the E-SPACE project by FEE (Foundation for Environmental Education), intends to raise new generations that are able to develop projects of Circular Economy.

Nothing is created and nothing is destroyed, but everything is transformed. This is the lesson by Antoine-Laurent de Lavoisier that we wish to convey to our idea of future. This is why we believe that the principles of the circular economy, where nothing becomes waste and everything turns into a resource, are the essential cultural asset to guarantee life and well-being for future generations.

THE E-SPACE PROJECT

  • Develop a curricular framework for school education on circular economy
  • Develop exemplary educational kit on circular economy
  • Training of teachers on teaching circular economy through the Eco-Schools Seven Step framework of project-based learning
  • Raise awareness amongst stakeholders on the production cycle, from the raw material to the final product, its use, ways to reuse, reduce, recycle/up-cycle
  • The pilot will run till the end of March 2021in Latvia e Slovenia, after there are plans to extend the E-SPACE to the Eco-Schools network of over 52,000 schools in 68 countries.
