Advanced hygiene solutions that improve product performance, optimise costs for businesses and increase market competitiveness, while simplifying the work of operators.

Our innovations

Products and processes
inspired by nature

Efficient, sustainable products that are guaranteed and completely traceable, improving people’s lives while always respecting the environment.

Pioneering processes with a focus on reducing environmental impacts, on simplification and improving production and energy efficiency, on self-production, on purchasing renewable energy, and on reducing waste.

Our raw materials have two lives

Alternative raw materials that combine quality
and performance with less use of natural resources.

Secondary raw materials are the second life of scrap paper and Tetra Pak®. And we were the first to believe and invest in this, at a time when the environment wasn’t yet a priority for the market. We also work to make sure all our raw materials and packaging are recycled and/or recyclable.

Our dispensers are designed
for efficiency and cost saving

Our dispensing systems are all rooted in the same philosophy:
ensuring a positive user experience and real savings
for operators in terms of maintenance time and costs.

The internal mechanisms are designed for ease of installation, use and refilling.
Single-sheet dispensing reduces consumption by an average of 45% and up to 70% for some products.

* The 70% saving in paper consumption reported by the L-One Maxi Texicell system is confirmed by a survey conducted by Demoskopea, compared to a traditional airlaid roll dispensing system. The 45% saving in paper consumption reported by Identity autocut dispensing systems is confirmed by a market survey conducted by Research Factory on a representative sample, compared to traditional Lucart Professional Jumbo and folded handtowel dispensers. The 43% saving in paper consumption reported by L-One Table dispensing systems is confirmed by a survey conducted by Demoskopea on a sample of cafeteria/self-service users, compared to a traditional napkin dispensing system. All the surveys were conducted according to ASSIRM rules in compliance with industry standards ISO 20252 and ISO 90001, Milan 2015, 2017, 2019.

Exclusive design

Both the outer casing and the inner mechanism of our dispensers have a unique, exclusive and patented design created in-house by our R&D team.
And now the compatible toilet paper and handtowel refills for them all have recycled and recyclable cardboard cores as well.

Technology serving performance

Lucart uses exclusive airlaid technology for its high performance products.
Airlaid is a plastic-free nonwoven fabric produced from pulp fibres in a dry, air-based process.

The exclusive manufacturing technology, combined with the three-dimensional web,
gives finished products outstanding absorbency and strength even when wet, as demonstrated by independent studies.
